If there is an issue with your order–I won’t leave you hanging!
If something has gone wrong or your item wasn’t as you were expecting – I will do everything I can to make it right. You are welcome to reach out via the form below so we
can find a solution together.
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is only due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected a minimum of three times before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.
It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the provided product information before purchase.
Below are our policies on returns for each product. I honor a 14 day return policy on eligible products. I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork but some calibrations may vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return–your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final; as they come with a special, personalized gift just for you.
As per consumer protection laws–shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by the studio.
